How the testnet works

Connect your Solana wallet, and X if you want. The checker scores your history and gives you a Rank Card. The score decides how big a testnet balance you start with.

You grow that balance by winning battles. Quick match, Battle of the Week, leagues, the Gauntlet.

The leaderboard ranks everyone by profit from battles. When the testnet ends, the top of the board splits a real prize pool, paid at mainnet. You need 50 battles to count. The size of the pool and the mainnet details come from the team.

Point 1 · Rank card

1.1 · the carddrafts.fun scanned my wallet and gave me a rank. it's a game where you pick 5 coins and go 1v1 with someone on live prices for a minute. the testnet is live and it pays out at the end, invite only, 500 spots this wave. codes in the replies
1.2 · short[RANK] on drafts.fun. beat it. codes in replies
1.3 · degen historythree years of degen history and drafts.fun ranked me [RANK], which honestly feels a bit low, but ok. it's a 1v1 coin picking game, testnet balances for now and a real prize pool at the end. you scan a wallet, get a card and you're in. 500 spots in the first wave, a few codes in the replies, you don't sign anything

Point 2 · 1v1

2.1 · first gamefirst game on drafts.fun. i picked $[TICKER] as captain, the other guy went all majors. mine moved in the minute, his didn't. 1-0
2.2 · same coinswe had 3 of the same 5 coins and he still beat me. his captain moved, mine sat there
2.3 · a personstill weird playing crypto against an actual person, you know? lost twice tonight to the same username. rematch later
2.4 · callout@[handle] you've been calling tops all week. pick 5 coins and meet me in quick match on drafts.fun, same $600k deck, one minute

Point 3 · Captain

3.1 · the ruleson drafts.fun every deck is $600k, 5 coins, and one of them is captain and counts double. you lock, 60 seconds of live prices run, and whoever's deck went up more wins
3.2 · captain mathmade $[TICKER] my captain because i actually hold it. moved [X]% in the minute, doubled, the other 4 picks barely mattered
3.3 · shortwrong captain again

Point 4 · Losing

4.1 · two losseslost both games tonight on drafts.fun. picked $[TICKER] as captain and it didn't move, his did. testnet money at least
4.2 · green and lostmy whole deck was green and i still lost. his was greener
4.3 · the cutcut $[TICKER] from my deck at the last second and it led the whole board for the guy who beat me
4.4 · the problemi think i've figured out my problem on drafts.fun, i keep drafting the coins i want to be right about instead of the ones that are actually moving in the next minute. lost 4 in a row that way. going to try picking off the board for a bit and see

Point 5 · vs terminals, 5 min markets, perp duels

5.1 · the terminalwatched $[TICKER] rip on the terminal and instead of chasing it i made it my captain on drafts.fun against a guy who faded it. won the round
5.2 · the gauntletdrafts.fun gauntlet is 96 people, single elimination, 6 rounds, one belt. lose once and you're out

Point 6 · Testnet and the payout

6.1 · how it payshow the drafts.fun testnet pays, as far as i understand it. you play on a testnet balance, the leaderboard ranks you by profit from battles, and the top of the board splits a real prize pool at mainnet. you need 50 battles to count
6.2 · stack vs rankyour starting stack on drafts.fun depends on your wallet history. the leaderboard only counts profit from battles, so the size of the stack you started with doesn't matter for rank
6.4 · qualifying[N] battles in on drafts.fun, sitting at #[P] on the board. 50 battles to qualify for the payout, about halfway

Point 7 · Ranks and the ring

7.1 · record[W]-[L] on drafts.fun after a week, just hit [RANK]
7.2 · the ringseason winner on drafts.fun gets a signet ring and battle of the week gets a belt. i'd rather have the ring than another airdrop, honestly
7.3 · gauntlet runran the gauntlet. 96 in, i made round [R] and got knocked out by a deck that read the board better than mine. next bracket [DATE]
7.4 · drafter of the weekdrafter of the week is a thing on drafts.fun and i want it

Point 8 · Follow-up

8.1 · ten in10 games on drafts.fun, [W]-[L]. the coin i actually hold worked as captain every time, copying the majors guys didn't. more codes in the replies
8.2 · the climbbronze to [RANK] in a week on drafts.fun. lost to the same guy twice then got him in the gauntlet qualifier. they say it carries into mainnet
